Making local resale work the way it should
ReSellUp started with a straightforward observation: selling a used couch shouldn't require a dozen messages, a leap of faith about the buyer, and an improvised pickup plan. We built a marketplace that handles the logistics so neighbors can focus on the exchange.

Our story
Existing classifieds platforms were built for everything from concert tickets to cars. That broad scope comes at a cost: buyers can't tell if an item is still available, sellers field dozens of low-effort inquiries, and nobody knows whether the other person will actually show up.
ReSellUp focuses on the specific challenge of local, bulky-item resale. Furniture, electronics, appliances, and surplus inventory from small businesses and landlords. These are items that need to be seen, assessed, and physically collected.
We designed every feature around that reality: verified participation, structured condition details, reservation holds, pickup scheduling, and completion confirmations. The result is a marketplace where transactions actually complete, and both parties feel respected throughout.
What guides us
Four principles shape every product decision we make.
Trust Through Transparency
We believe secondhand transactions work when both parties have clear, honest information. Verified accounts, condition details, and ratings replace guesswork with confidence.
Neighborly Exchange
Local commerce is a community interaction. We treat every buyer and seller as a person sharing a neighborhood, not a transaction to optimize.
Practical Efficiency
From listing to pickup, every step should earn its place. We reduce friction without hiding important details about condition, timing, or expectations.
Respectful Design
No countdown timers. No shame for imperfect listings. No manufactured urgency. We help people make thoughtful decisions at their own pace.
